ABOUT US

Possibilities Inc. was formed by two co-workers who have dedicated more than a decade to the field of providing supportive services for young adults feeling lost as they age out of the school system. Working closely with families, it became apparent the lack of necessary services designed for young adults leaving High School. "Falling off a cliff" as families referred to the 21 year old age out regulation of district school systems, left parents fearful for the future of their children. The lack of information on how to navigate this transitional time along with complicated application processes left many families feeling frustrated at the hoops they would need to climb through just to secure a meaningful future for their loved ones.

Coaching families through this frustration day in and day out led to the birth of Possibilities Inc. a one stop home for clients and caregivers to meet their social, vocational and educational needs as they age out of the school system. Our comprehensive approach addresses the major needs that families express during this trying time. We are here for you with engaging recreational classes to combat isolation, job development opportunities to help secure meaningful work and volunteer placements and knowledgeable advocacy services to help families navigate their rights within the educational and state funding systems.

We have been here for you and we will continue to be

here for you.
